Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice

1. Data controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Wislog Lojistik Limited Şirketi (“Wislog”), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity information: first name, last name.
• Contact information: email address, phone number, company name.
• Request information: cargo, route and message content you share in the contact and quote forms.
• Transaction security information: IP address, form submission time and technical logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• Evaluating your transport and quote requests and responding to you,
• Carrying out contractual processes and planning operations,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Ensuring website and form security and preventing misuse.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations; and processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Transfer of personal data

To the extent necessary to fulfil your request, your personal data may be transferred to our transport, port, customs and warehouse partners, our email and hosting service providers, and legally authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Due to the nature of international transport, transfers to business partners abroad may be required.

6. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and quote forms on our website and via email, phone and WhatsApp.

7. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request its rectification, erasure or destruction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function: one cookie that remembers your language preference and a session cookie for form security. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Google Maps content is loaded only when you click the “Load map” button.

10. Submitting a request

You can send requests concerning your rights by email to operasyon@wislog.com.tr or in writing to Sultan Orhan Mah. İlyasbey Cad. 1117 Sk. No:6 K:2 Gebze / Kocaeli. Your requests will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
