Raw material logistics is one of the most critical links in the supply chain. A delayed raw material shipment can stop a production line, while incorrect packaging or stowage can lead to product loss. Wislog Lojistik plans manufacturers’ raw material supply in line with their production schedules.
We import raw materials from Far East ports by FCL and LCL container, and from Europe and the Middle East by full truckload or groupage truck. For cargo in big bags, sacks, IBC tanks, drums and palletised packaging, we select the right equipment and check in-container securing and weight distribution.
For hazardous chemical raw materials, ADR and IMDG rules are observed; for raw materials destined for the food and cosmetics sectors, equipment suitability is checked against cleanliness and contamination risks. We complete the process with domestic transfer from the port of arrival to your factory and, where required, storage in a bonded warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
Can big bags be shipped in containers?
Yes. Big bags (FIBC) can be carried in 20’ and 40’ containers with proper securing and weight distribution. For dense, heavy raw materials, 20’ containers are usually preferred.
How much weight can be loaded into a 20’ container?
The maximum payload of a standard 20’ container is generally around 25–28 tonnes; however, the usable payload varies by route due to road weight limits and port regulations.
Can a bonded warehouse be used for raw material imports?
Yes. Imported raw materials can be held in a bonded warehouse without paying customs duties and released for free circulation in partial quantities as needed. This offers a significant cash flow advantage.
